I've Lost A Brother, Friend And Confidant; BTO mourns 'Expensive
The federal lawmaker representing Akoko North East and North West Federal Constituency, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo (BTO) has expressed grief over the passing of his colleague at the green chamber, Hon. Adedayo Omolafe.
Tunji-Ojo who expressed his condolence in a statement by his Special Adviser on New Media, Alao Babatunde also commiserated with the family of the departed and prayed God grants them the fortitude to bear the grave loss.
The Chairman House Committee on NDDC who recalled the life and times of the federal lawmaker, Popularly called "Expensive, who represented Akure South and North federal constituency described him as a man loved at the grassroots.
He said, "The poor and the needy were your favourites, you had respect for all, you became a name that depicted humility, generosity and philanthropy. You were a colleague, diligent and shrewd. Altogether, you were phenomenal.
"The sun has indeed set for a shining star in Akure and Ondo State because our beloved has gone home.
"Goodnight and goodbye my brother, friend and confidant. The pain is beyond what words can express. Black monday indeed. Adieu my own Expensive."
